Having once again been in the presence of wonderful dedicated people  I return as I departed ...

It was a stormy return into the sunset ( the storm clouds closed over soon after and I had to turn off the camera).

  

with the usual  burden ...Alas, Gander is no longer with us.  In the dark of winter, he has flown on to his next existence.  

I keep his picture here though, so we can remember this much beloved friend.
